2) What type of poetry performance?
- Routine performance ($400 - $1000 range)
Eric L Farrell has a different set of poems he performs for 13 different occasions. The set of poems (routine) that he'll perform at your event will depend on which of these 13 categories best matches your event description and atmosphere. Although this is not as great as having Farrell create a customized performance for your event, you'll still get a top-notch peformance, guaranteed to impress your guests. For each of these routines, the poem selection is limited to a few of his crowd favorites. All routines are generally around 20-30 minutes long and may not be cut short or extended. K-12 School events often qualify for an extra discount. After selecting this option, you may then choose which category best fits your event.
- Customized performance ($1000 - $5000 range)
For the best, longest-lasting impression, we suggest a poetry performance customized for your specific audience and event. Éric L Farrell has written over 500 original poems and will choose the best ones to create a special presentation for your guests. Farrell will also put in the necessary preparation time to deliver it effectively and flawlessly, ensuring that your guests experience an amazing event that they'll never forget.
- Sidewalks Are For Kids ($2500)
No, this show has nothing to do with kids. "Sidewalks Are For Kids" is just the name of this 2-hour stand-up poetry performance by Éric L Farrell, a "Sidewalk" being a metaphor. This performance will make you laugh, cry, frown, cheer, and shout as Farrell gives you his best all-out poetry performance, featuring elements of comedy, drama, sermon, rap, and romance. - Sunday Service Poetry ($0 - Free)
Farrell has presented poetry during Sunday morning services since his teens, so whether you'd just like to add a little poetic flavor or break up the monotony of your your regular Sunday morning church service, Éric L Farrell is ready to share a poetic word to inspire and motivate your congregation. Any donation you'd like to offer is completely up to you or the congregation. Travel and lodge is only requested if necessary.
- ONE BARBER/STYLIST Shop Tour
If you're at a Barbershop or Salon that would like to be added to Farrell's tour stops, send us your info. This will only notify us of the shop's existence and to inform Farrell that he is welcome to visit. Unfortunately, Farrell can not guarantee to stop at all shops and is unable to schedule visits unless he is officially booked under [Routine Performance] above. If you are producing a HAIR CARE EVENT, please also click on Routine Performance or Customized Performance above to officially book Farrell to perform at your event. By request, Farrell may perform the "One Barber" and/or "One Stylist" poem in English, and the "One Barber" poem in Spanish, titled "Un Barbero."
