COMMITMENT: Once our contract is signed and completed, Farrell will spend time and resources preparing for your event, and also turn down others' event requests that may interfere with his preparation time or conflict with your event. Therefore, an equal commitment is expected from you as well. Unless otherwise contracted, Farrell requests a deposit of at least half of the total compensation upon signing the contract, generally at least one month before the event. Unless Farrell cancels his event appearance, this deposit cannot be recovered since Farrell also has no way of recovering his preparation time or other missed opportunities.
